Players will learn the basic fundamentals of lacrosse including stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting in a fun, non-checking environment.  Bow Rec Lacrosse is co-ed program.
Please wear sneakers or cleats.
Lacrosse goggles are required during game play.
Lacrosse sticks and Lacrosse googles provided by Bow Parks & Recreation if needed.

  • REQUIRED LACROSSE EQUIPMENT:
  • Players are required to wear a Bow Rec T-shirt with their name on it. The cost is $15. Shirts are to be purchased at the Bow Community Building
  • Sneakers or cleats
  • Eye Protection
  • Sticks will be provided by the Bow Parks and Rec department or you can bring your own
  • Water Bottle
