Volleyball
Ready to learn the game of volleyball? This program is designed to introduce girls to the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment! Whether your player is brand new to the sport or looking to build confidence in her skills, these classes will focus on developing a strong foundation while learning to love the game.
Program Fundamentals Include:
Basic Skills: Learn proper techniques for passing, setting, and serving.
Footwork & Movement: Develop coordination, balance, positioning,and court awareness
Rules of the Game: Understand rotations, scoring, positions, and basic volleyball rules.
Teamwork & Communication: Practice calling the ball, working together, and supporting teammates.
Game Play: Put new skills into action through fun drills, partner activities, and introductory games.
The goal is to build confidence, encourage sportsmanship and help every player develop at her own pace while having fun and making new friends!
