Bow's dynamic track and field team!  This is a program for young athletes in grades 2-5 that allows them to learn the basics of track & field.  We will offer running ranging from sprints to mid-distance (50 meters, 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 800 meters and 1600 meters) and introduction to field events (softball throw, standing long jump and rubber discus throw).
