12:15 PM - 1:00 PM	Lacrosse - PreK Lacrosse (Monday) Players will learn the basic fundamentals of lacrosse including stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting in a fun, non-checking environment.  Bow Rec Lacrosse is co-ed program.Please wear sneakers or cleats.Lacrosse goggles are required during game play.Lacrosse sticks and Lacrosse googles provided by Bow Parks & Recreation if needed. NSTRUCTOR:  Sarah Cutter & Ethan Pelland
