6:00 PM - 8:15 PM	Cookie Decorating - Sugar Cookies 101 - Easter Themed Come learn some cookie artist skills at this beginner hands-on class led by Melissa Valence.  Participants will learn about mixing royal icing to piping intricate designs.  Melissa will guide you through the process with step-by-step instructions and you'll leave with a set of six Christmas themed cookies and the knowledge to re-create your designs at home!The class will include:**Discussions around various sugar cookie recipes and baking techniques**Hands-on instruction and practice on how to pipe your designs with royal icing, practice sheets included**Step-by-step directions on creating the designs for your 6 take home cookies**A delicious hot cocoa beverage and small finger foods will be availableAll materials needed for the cookie decorating are included with the registration and each guest takes home their six cookies at the end of the class.Interested and want to see more?  Like and Follow @OneSmartCookieDesigns on Facebook and Instagram.

4:00 PM - 7:30 PM	Safe Sitter Essentials - Safe Sitter Designed for students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they are home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting.  Students learn life-saving skills such as how to rescue someone who's choking and helpful information like what to do if there is severe weather.  The lessons are filled with fun activities and role-playing exercises.  Students even get to use CPR manikins to practice choking rescue.Bring a lunch and a pen.INSTRUCTOR:  Melissa Valence

2:30 PM - 3:15 PM	Lacrosse - K - Lacrosse - Monday Players will learn the basic fundamentals of lacrosse including stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting in a fun, non-checking environment.  Bow Rec Lacrosse is co-ed program.Please wear sneakers or cleats.Lacrosse goggles are required during game play.Lacrosse sticks and Lacrosse googles provided by Bow Parks & Recreation if needed. NSTRUCTOR:  Sarah Cutter & Ethan Pelland
