"My name is Kristen Lewis.  I have been crocheting for 9 years.  I am a Bow resident and a vendor at the Bow Craft Fair.  I am a registered crochet instructor and I would love to get more people interested in the craft.  It's amazing what you can make with crochet!  Looking forward to meeting you."BEGINNER - AdultDo you want to learn how to crochet?  This beginner adult class will teach you the basic stitches: single, half double & double crochet.  At the end of the program, you will have made either a hat or a scarf.  Materials for the first two classes will be provided.  The instructor will then let you know what type of yarn to buy for your hat or scarf.INTERMEDIATE - AdultWould you like to learn colorwork?  In this crochet session, you will learn how to make a candy cane gift bag.  You will need one skein each of yarn in a background color of your choice, white and red.  You will need a 5 mm crochet hook.  Looking forward to crocheting  with you.CROCHET CRITTERSIn this class, students will learn the basics of crochet to make amigurumi (stuffed animals).All supplies included.Looking forward to crocheting with you!

Players will learn the basic fundamentals of lacrosse including stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting in a fun, non-checking environment.  Bow Rec Lacrosse is co-ed program.Please wear sneakers or cleats.Lacrosse goggles are required during game play.Lacrosse sticks and Lacrosse goggles provided by Bow Parks & Recreation if needed. INSTRUCTORS:  Sarah Cutter & Ethan Pelland
