CANCELLATION OF BOW PARKS AND RECREATION PROGRAMS POLICY


REFUND/CREDIT POLICIES

Lack of Enrollment  
Programs may be canceled due to lack of enrollment. A decision regarding cancellation will be made prior to the start of a program.  Cancellations are sent via email.  Please be sure that you have your current email in your account.  Please sign up at least 7 days prior to the start of a program to help avoid cancellations.

Inclement Weather/Unforeseen Circumstances
If Bow Parks and Recreation cancels a program due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances a credit/refund will be issued for the day of the cancellation if there is not a make-up day scheduled.

Customer Cancellations
If a registered participant cancels at least one week prior to the start of a program, we will issue a credit/refund minus a $10.00 administration fee.

Medical
If a customer needs to cancel a program due to a medical situation, a Physicians note is required to be submitted to the Bow Parks and Recreation Office BEFORE the end of the registered session.
