Strong and FIT for Life! Register View Cart

Do want to be stronger, have better balance, more aerobic capacity?  Then, join us at this fitness class.  Although designed with adults 50+ in mind, adults of ANY AGE or ABILITY are welcome.  Modifications will be given as needed for intensity and skill level.  Class will consist of: cardio conditioning, strength training, balance training, stretching, and some neuroplasticity drills, all with the goal of helping you become stronger and fit for living life to the fullest. You don't need to be fit to join this program.  You just need the desire to do something good for your body. Be Strong and Fit for Life!  Bring an extra pair of shoes to change into before beginning class.  Anyone 60 or older or with a health risk will need a doctor's note to participate.
     
     BRING TO CLASS:
     1. Small face/hand towel
     2. a mat
     3. water bottle,
     4. a band or two (available for purchase from Bow Rec Office - $5 pair.  Please state           novice, beginner, intermediate, or advanced level.)
